Every certified seed lot carries a unique QR identity. A farmer standing in a shop can scan the tag and see where the seed came from, who produced it, when it was tested and whether the certificate is still valid. No app install is needed.

Why it matters
- Counterfeit prevention: a spurious bag cannot produce a valid lineage; the scan itself is the check.
- Recall in hours, not seasons: lineage mapping identifies every downstream lot from one failed parent.
