SEDOTS Info Technologies

Built for state-scale rollout.

How a platform gets from a signed MoU to a running department: the method, the architecture, the compliance posture and the commercial structures.

Twelve weeks from requirement study to state-wide go-live

  1. Requirement study & configuration

    Weeks 1 to 2

State crop calendar, rule set, language configuration and API credentials.

    Configuration signed off
  2. Data migration & integrations

    Weeks 3 to 4

Legacy licence and farmer data; Aadhaar, GSTN, treasury, AgriStack.

    Integrations validated
  3. UAT & officer training

    Weeks 5 to 6

Department-led acceptance testing, on-site and virtual training.

    UAT sign-off, 100% trained
  4. Pilot in 2 to 3 districts

    Weeks 7 to 8

Real transactions, real officers, feedback incorporated.

    Pilot go-live
  5. State-wide rollout

    Weeks 9 to 12

All districts, full language support, helpline activation, press launch.

    Full state go-live

Designed for minimum disruption. Existing departmental workflows keep running in parallel through the pilot. Officers are trained before the system carries their workload, not after.

Data sovereignty

All data collected under a state deployment is stored in India, in government-approved data centres, and owned exclusively by the State Government. Nothing is sold or shared. On exit, all data is returned in machine-readable format.

Offline is a first-class requirement

Field applications cache and sync. Inspections, weighments and farmer records captured in a no-signal village reach the server when the officer returns to coverage. Nothing lost, nothing re-keyed.

Support model

Dedicated state account manager, 24x7 helpdesk (P1 four hours, P2 twelve, P3 forty-eight), quarterly platform and compliance updates, officer refresher training and monthly utilisation dashboards.

Aligned to the missions your department is already accountable for

Digital India & e-Kranti

Paperless, presence-less, cashless service delivery, with digital audit trails that stand up to scrutiny.

AgriStack

Every platform is API-ready for the national farmer registry and agriculture data stack, so state data contributes to and draws from the national layer.

NMEO-OP

iPalm is purpose-built for mission reporting: beneficiary tracking, area under cultivation, FFB production and subsidy utilisation, ready for MoA&FW submission.

Seeds Act, FCO and PCO

OLMS encodes the statutory licensing regimes directly in a configurable rule engine, including state-level amendments.

PM-KISAN, PMFBY and eNAM

Scheme outreach, beneficiary reach, crop risk evidence and mandi price intelligence connect to the central schemes farmers already hold.

DPDP Act 2023

Farmer personal data is handled under state ownership with consented, purpose-limited processing and no third-party sale.

A department adopting SEDOTS software is not creating a new compliance obligation. It is discharging existing ones with evidence it can produce on demand.

Commercial structures

Licensed implementation

One-time implementation with annual AMC and SaaS subscription, the OLMS and SEEDSGROW model. Scoped per state, with a twelve-week rollout.

PPP / MoU deployment

Zero licensing cost to the state, with revenue from verified advertisers: the KrishiMitra AI model, with an optional 10 to 15% net revenue share to the State Agriculture Department for farmer welfare.

Mission implementation partner

Engagement through a State Implementing Agency under a central mission such as NMEO-OP, with reporting obligations built into the platform.

  • Co-branding: the platform carries the State Government identity
  • Support: dedicated account manager, 24x7 NOC, quarterly review with the Agriculture Secretary
  • Exit: termination on ninety days' notice with all data returned in machine-readable format

What we are asking for

A hearing with the Principal Secretary, the Agriculture Commissioner and the state IT team; a live demonstration on your own data; and the opportunity to run a scoped pilot in two or three districts before any state-wide commitment.

What we are not asking for

Blind faith. Every claim on this site has a live system, a named institution or a written reference behind it, and we will put you in touch with any of them.

Let's put this in front of your state and districts.

Book an in-person presentation, a live demonstration on your own data, a technical briefing with your IT team, or an RFP/RFQ consultation.
